EVS Customer Portal
The entire Quality Assurance and Customer Service arm of QBM will be managed through a customized EVS – Customer Portal. In this portal customers will find task calendars, inspection reports and tenant visit reports for each of their facilities.
The EVS Customer Portal makes it easy to see at all times where we are with managing their schedules. Each scheduled task box turns green once that particular task has been completed and reports are posted for both you and QBM to review. A courtesy email notification will be sent to your tenants in advance of any floor work being done in their suites as well as a follow-up email notifying them that the floor work has been completed.
As part of our commitment to Service Excellence, QBM can customize this portal to each customers individual needs . If there’s anything you would like to see in the portal, simply let us know and we will build it into the system.
